Member Notes/Rank Structure

Greetings fellow guild members, we are now several days into the new feudal system and with this, I would like to maintain a certain neatness to the member notes to both make our guild more visually pleasing and organized. In this page I will explain how member notes should be structured and in the future, how ranks should be given out.

Structure

THE ORDER FOR STRUCTURING MEMBER NOTES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Order - House - Position in House

Example: Senna, her member note would be "DO - House Val'enn - Marchioness"

Orders

Dread Order = "DO"

One Sith Order = "OSO"

Order of State = "OOS"

Sith Imperium Military = "SIM"

Current Houses

MAJOR HOUSES: House Celestus, House Vel'naz, House Val'enn, House Kaldar, House Shay, House Orion

VASSAL HOUSES: H. Citadel, H. Midicoil, H. Kressh, H. Sage, H. Stormborn, H. Torak

Ranks

For the ranks, it depends on your House/Order, but generally speaking, you would have ranks like(position is relative to House Leaders);

Loyalist: Lower military rank, reference SIM Page. (Alternate titles available, e.g. a house in biology; rank would be Biologist/Researcher, etc.)

Noble: Brother/Sister, Mother/Father, Husband/Wife, Heir, etc.

Sith Lord: Lords of the Sith, given by Darths or higher ranking Sith.

Darth: Reserved rank, used by Vassal Lords. This rank is to be given out rarely by Lord Councillors or higher.

Knight: Commanding military rank, reference SIM Page. This rank is to be given out rarely by Lord Councillors or higher.
